In Matthew Chapter 5, Jesus talks to the crowds on the mountain side, he talks to them about what we now call the Beatitudes. Over the last few months we have had to deal with all saughts of delemers, a lot of them have been illnesses of one saught or another.

But at the end of the day life still goes on, church goes on, our walk with the Lord goes on. At our church we have just started the Freedom in Christ course by Steve Goss, which I recommend to you if you are considering doing it. It has been a real eye opener.

At the moment I am praying about an invitation to go to India and share God's word there. I have always felt that I would only go if it was right, because if it's not right it won't achieve what God wants in my life. Yet I still get the invitation, time and time again, it's almost seems that the Lord is hitting me with a spiritual brick with the answer, and that it is obvious, and of course it is! It was hitting me all the time, but because of distractions I was unable to hear what God was saying.

If your praying about a direction for your life, I hope the Lord does not hit as hard with your brick than he did with mine, sometimes the answer is straight in front of us all the time. Take the time to pray and listen and the Lord will show the way.
